New Members Meet & Greet


Immediately after Worship Service on Sunday, July 20th, New Members who joined from March through July 20th are invited to join Pastor Moye and the Park Staff for a Special Welcome Reception in the Fellowship Hall; please RSVP on the sign-up sheet in the foyer!  In addition, New Members Orientation will be held on the same day at 9:00 a.m. in the Cry Room.


Albert J. Reed's Reunion Concert


Albert J. Reed and the AJR Ensemble will host a Reunion Concert on Sunday, July 20th at 4:00 p.m. at Anderson Chapel A.M.E. Church, 1002 Jefferies Avenue, Killeen.  Our own Sis. Ruthie will minister with the choir!

PPBC Back-to-School Bash

The PPBC Back-to-School Bash will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Free Food and school supplies will be available.

Additionally, Free Clear Backpacks will be available for students.

On Sunday, August 3rd, all PPBC Youth who are graduating to the next level will be celebrated immediately after Worship Service!!!


Annual Trunk-or-Treat

PPBC will host our Annual Trunk-or-Treat on Friday, October 25th, 2025!

Bring the kids out for a safe, fun-filled evening of costumes, candy, and creativity. Decorate your trunk, wear your best costume, and get ready for a night of fellowship and fun! 🍬🚗✨

The Third Sundays are our Youth Scholarship Sundays!!!

If you'd like to support the PPBC Scholarship Fund, please indicate "Scholarship Fund" on a blank line of your church envelope and include your donation.


Emergency Gift Card Program

Benevolent Funds facilitates a Gift Card Program. Please donate funds so that $20.00 HEB Gift Cards may be purchased to assist PPBC and community members. Please place your donations in the offering envelope and write "Gift Card" on the line. POC Minister Booker.

 

Handicapped Seating

Reserved seating is provided for our members/guests using walkers and wheelchairs so that they may be placed next to their seat. Please do not seat in those seats if you are not disabled. Thank you.

PPBC Church Clothes Closet

PPBC Church Clothes Closet is open every third Sunday after morning worship! If you need assistance during the week, please contact Deaconess Carolyn Faulkner.


PPBC's Giving Envelopes

Please clearly "Print" your first and last names on your giving envelopes. Nicknames, ineligible names and numbers may not be included on your Giving Statements. Please contact the Admin Office if you need to update your information.

 

Girls in Action

Girls in Action ​(​Grades 1-6 grade) meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.


CHILDREN/YOUTH CHOIR

Sister Gladys Jones invites children (5-12 years old) to join the PPBC Youth Choir. Practice will be on the first and third Saturdays, from 12:00-1:30 p.m. For more information, contact Sister G. Jones!!!


Nursery and Pre-School Parents!!!

Please sign your children in to the Nursery and Pre-school when you drop them off or deliver them to our Nursery Workers. For more info, please see Deaconess B. Hankins.


Attention, All Men!!!

The Brotherhood is requesting PPBC men to sign up to help at least one week a month with the Children and Youth Sunday School. The sign-up sheet is in the foyer or see Deacon Herman Williams.
